APPOINTMENT POLICY

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment total, which will be charged to the card on file.

• Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.

LATE ARRIVAL

• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time available during the first 15 minutes of your scheduled service. However, as we run on a very tight schedule, certain services may not be possible to complete in the shortened timeframe.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your appointment. The appointment will be canceled, and the cancellation fee must be paid before rebooking.


NO-CALL/NO-SHOW

• Failure to show up or notify us of a cancellation will result in being unable to book any future appointments.


REMOVED YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS

If you are pre-booked for the year but decide to remove your hair extensions at any point, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to continue to secure each future move-up appointment. Please note that once scheduled, these appointments will be final and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled


If you are unable to make a pre-booked appointment, we will do our best to reschedule you. However, if this is not possible, we can provide you referrals to other stylists in the area


IF YOU ARE UNWELL WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU RESCHDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. CLIENTS ARRIVING SICK WILL BE ASKED TO GO HOME AND RESCHEDULE


REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All services, deposits, and fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable
